- Service & Maintenance contracts
Block hour contracts provide discounted rates for blocks of on-site service hours. These can be for a major project (like converting to Windows Vista or upgrading to a server environmen). Block hour contracts are also good for providing a weekly on-site service to act as your business' IT department.
Service & Maintenance contracts provide repair, service and support for your staff and computer equipment. This kind of contract provides discounted hardware replacement and priority service.
