We are experts at antivirus and spyware removal. We write our own antivirus scripts (tools) and we back up all of your data before we begin any work on your PC and store it for a minimum of 30 days.

Most Big Box stores don't have the expertise nor the ethics enough to actually work on your system when it comes to antivirus labor. They tend to work on your PC for an entire 15 minutes before they simply reinstall your operating system (it's their policy), without even asking you, losing all of your precious photos and documents and whatever else you have on your computer that may mean something to you and on top of it all charge you a substantial fee, adding insult to injury. We will work on your PC for as long as it takes, keeping you up to date each and every step of the way so you know you're not going to be charged for work you don't approve and end up with a surprise bill.

We also cap our fees so you can rest assured that if we have to work on your PC for, say, 5 days, you won't have a thousand dollar service charge for a $300 computer. We also offer affordable payment plans for those who need a break during these tough economic times.

LSI has enough sense and respect for people to let you know whether or not it is worth it for you to either go with the service we provide or to buy yourself a new system altogether.

The economy is tough enough as it is, there's no need to charge you outrageous fees, we simply do not believe in such practices, if we did, almost certainly we'd be a fairly large chain store by now.
